Shawn Patrick Dougherty

Shawn Patrick Dougherty, 63, of Crystal Lake passed away July 11, 2021.  He was born in Chicago to the late George and Juel Dougherty on August 24, 1957.

Shawn was a veteran of the US Navy.  A loving husband to Pamela for 21 years, he was hardworking and dedicated to his family and friends. Shawn enjoyed fishing, gaming, telling jokes, and helping out where he could lend a hand.

Survivors include his wife, Pamela; children, Jonathan (Jennifer) Dougherty, Patrick (Tina) Dougherty, Travis Sawicki and Lisa Pierce; grandchildren, Layla, Liam, Jaxson, Kayden, Kaegan, Shannon, Ashlynn and Scarlett; and a brother, David (Janet) Dougherty; and a nephew, Joshua Dougherty.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 21st, from 1pm until 5pm with Military Honors at 3pm, at West Beach, 2330 Lake Ave., Crystal Lake.
