Born March 5, 1998 in Chicago to Bill and Kathy (nee Baldaf) Jones, Shayann passed away peacefully on August 26, 2016 in Woodstock, Illinois.

On Saturday, November 19, a memorial visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. and conclude with a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (IL Route 176), Crystal Lake.
