Sheila Gola
April 7, 1943 — September 23, 2016
Sheila Gola, 73, beloved wife of Walter Gola Jr.; loving mother of Daniel (Monica) Gola; Walter (Bethany) Gola III; and loving grandmother of Joe, Mia, Tom, Brynn, and Charly; beloved sister of Michael (Jan) Nolan; Mary (Brian) Jacobs; Patricia (Peter) Volpi; and cherished aunt of many. Born of Dan and Ann (O'Connor) Nolan in 1943 Sheila spent much of her life in Chicago and Elk Grove Village.
Sheila was a larger than life personality and will forever be remembered by all whom she encountered. She was devoted to her family and friends. Sheila was also a loving childcare provider for dozens of dear children in Elk Grove Village for over 20 years. Her great care and compassion for all will be missed.
Memorial visitation will be held at Bethany Lutheran Church, 76 W Crystal Lake Ave., Crystal Lake at 10:00 am until the time of the service at 11:30 am on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.
