Sheila Ann Neitzel

Sheila A. Neitzel passed away peacefully December 11, 2024 in Crystal Lake, Illinois, surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 25, 1953 in Greenville, MI to Kenneth and Dolores Neitzel. 

Sheila was a devoted child of God and member of the Lutheran Church. She loved gardening which made her feel closer to God and gave her a sense of stillness. She also gave of herself by donating to the church food pantries, and volunteering to read to children in need. Sheila was very creative with arts, crafts, decorating, and collecting, and loved setting up her Christmas tree. She was an avid reader with many interests including collecting cuckoo clocks, dolls, and figurines, but her favorite time was spent with her children and grandchildren.

Sheila’s loving spirit will continue through her sons, Chad Robert Craw and Darren Andrew (Maria Leon) Craw; grandchildren, Destinee Marie, Emma Christine, and Andrew Joseph; and siblings, Kathryn (Michael) Vincent, Steve (Lori) Neitzel, and Craig (Linda) Neitzel. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services for Sheila will be held privately.
