Sigrid Kaiser Schultz entered Heaven’s Glory with her Savior. She passed away peacefully at her home in Barrington on April 8, 2024. She was born March 26, 1930, in Chicago, IL to Otto and Elizabeth Kaiser.
She is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Gerhard “Gary” Schultz; daughters Dawn Bandolik and Beth (James) Walsh; daughter-in-law, Noreen McGuire: brothers, Helmuth “Dik” (late Margaret) Kaiser, Martin (Anita) Kaiser, and Gerhard (Lydia) Kaiser; and sister-in-law Patricia Kaiser; grandchildren, Lauren Besser, Claire Schultz, and Elizabeth Schultz, Ryne (Jennifer) Bandolik, Brittany Bandolik, Brock (Annie) Bandolik, Demi Bandolik, and Chase Bandolik, Tara (Jeffrey) Malbasa, Casey (Shazaan) Bahrainwala, and James Walsh; great grandchildren; Reilly Bandolik, Edie Bandolik, Joseph Malbasa, Scott Malbasa, Michael Malbasa, Nora Bahrainwala, Alex Bahrainwala, and Dominic Walsh. She was preceded in death by her son, Chad; brother, Kurt Kaiser; and her parents
She was a loving and devoted wife and mother. Sigrid achieved the most noble profession as a homemaker, with integrity, unselfishness, grace, and dignity. She cherished her role as “Sissi” to her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Her faith in God and love for Jesus Christ was the centerpiece of her life. Sigrid was a long-standing member of The Moody Church and served as a deaconess for many years.
A celebration of her life will be held at The Orchard Church, 1330 N. Douglas Ave, Arlington Heights, IL. Visitation will be held at 9:00 am with a service following at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, Barrington, following a luncheon at the church.
