Silvia Mangam

Algonquin, Illinois,Silvia Mangam (nee Lember) born in Estonia on Sept 30th 1933 passed away Tues April 26th, 2011 at her home in Algonquin surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Fenton Mangam Jr., loving mother of Tia Mangam and the late Daniel Mangam, dear grandmother of Joshua Bryant and Alexandra Mangam; great grandmother of Amaya Paige Bryant; sister of Vambola (Velli) Lember and the late Florida Viola. Silvia immigrated to the United States in 1950. She became a professional dancer and especially loved ballroom dancing. Silvia and Fenton were proud owners of Mangam's at Beverly Lake. She loved animals, flowers and the finer things in life. Silvia was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be deeply missed. Memorial Service will be held Sun May 1, 11 a.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W Main St (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington.
