Sister Theresa Gehringer

Sr. Theresa Ann Gehringer, 64, of Syracuse, New York, passed away, Wednesday, October 7, 2015, in Lake Zurich, IL.
She was born on December 3, 1950, to Lewis and Margaret Gehringer in Detroit, Michigan.
Sr. Theresa Ann made profession in the Daughters of St. Mary of Providence on August 15, 1975. She served the developmentally disabled, taught school, and worked in the area of religious education.
She celebrated her 40th anniversary of religious profession on August 15, 2015.
Sr. Theresa Ann is survived by her brothers, Lewis (Carol) Gehringer, and Richard (Kathy) Gehringer; niece, Erica Gehringer; nephews, Phillip Gehringer and Rick (Sarah) Gehringer; great nephew, Justin Gehringer.
Visitation and the funeral Mass were held, Friday, October 9, at Mount St. Joseph, Chapel, 24955 N. Hwy. 12, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.
Burial will be held at Mount St. Joseph Cemetery following Mass.
