Steven Thaddeus Cynar, 31, of Barrington, died Sunday, June 22, 2014 in Pawnee. He was born January 31, 1983 in Chicago.
Along with enlisting in the US Navy, Steven worked in business administration. He was a former retail sales associate and also a waitor/server in the food service industry.
Steven is survived by his parents, Sharon (Glen) Lichard and Steven Cynar; daughter, Emma Josephine Broughton; sisters, Shannon Frances Emery, Melody Lorraine Lichard, Melissa Kandall, and Carrie Pratt; brothers, Patrick Cynar and
Joseph Cynar; and grandparents, Lillian and Corky Palka and Andrew Lichard.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Virginia Lichard; step-mother, Melody Cynar; and Aunt, Patty Leninger.
There will be a visitation on Friday, June 27th, from 9:30 am until the time of funeral service at 12 pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 E Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd) Barrington. Funeral procession will follow with a drive past Steven's home and a short pause along his favorite spot on the Fox River. We will end up graveside at Evergreen Cemetery, in Barrington, with Military Honors.
