Sydney A. Tabor

Born April 27, 1964 in Big Rapids, MI, the son of Sally Jo Ann (nee Yowell) and Lance Eldon Tabor, Sydney passed away at his home in Crystal Lake with his loving family by his side on August 30, 2017 at the age of 53.

On December 29, 1984 at the First Baptist Church in Princeton, West Virginia, Sydney was united in marriage to Deborah Stewart.

Sydney was the President and Founder of T & J Printing Supply in Huntley, IL. Additionally, he enjoyed golfing and coaching his son’s sports.

Sydney will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Deborah; his beloved sons, U.S. Marine Travis (Tiffany) Tabor of San Diego, CA and Jarred Tabor of Crystal Lake; his parents, Sally Jo Ann and Lance Eldon Tabor; his siblings, Bradley Scott (Kelleen) Tabor of Conway, AR, Gregory Neil (Kelli) Tabor of Salina, KS, Amy Beth (Eric) Lilly of Hurricane, WV, and Lance Aaron (Heather) Tabor; sister-in-law, Diana (Everett) Phillips of Ashland, KY; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends are welcome to visit with Sydney’s family on Sunday, September 3rd from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 4:00 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Ave (Rt. 176) Crystal Lake.
