Teofilo Tiscareno-Ponce

Teofilo Tiscareno-Ponce, beloved husband and father, passed away peacefully October 18, 2024 in Hoffman Estates. He was born August 15, 1967 in Aguascalientes, Mexico to Marcial Tiscareno Exparca and Pretra Ponce Castaneda. 

Teofilo is survived by his beloved wife, Francisca; children, Paulina, Cesar, and John Paul Tiscareno, and his siblings, Elodia Tiscareno-Ponce, Amelia Tiscareno-Ponce, Maria Dolores-Tiscareno-Ponce, and Hector Tiscareno-Ponce. He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Teofilo was a man of tireless kindness and selflessness. He was a pillar of strength for his family, always lending a hand to others and putting the needs of others before his own and inspiring us with his generosity and compassion. 

Visitation will be from 3pm until the funeral service at 7pm Friday October 25 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake Cook Road) Barrington.  Mass will be held at 10am Saturday October 26 at St. Hubert Catholic Church, 729 Grand Canyon St. Hoffman Estates.  Burial will follow at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Cemetery, Palatine.
