Teresa R. Carroll

The memorial service for Teresa R. Carroll, 70, of Arlington Heights, formerly of Cedar Rapids, Iowa will be held Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 941 S Old Rand Rd., Lake Zurich, IL 60047, where the family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Born February 24, 1948 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Leola (nee Johnston) Adsit, Teresa passed away June 6, 2018 in Maywood, Illinois.

Teresa enjoyed traveling, riding motorcycle, boating and spending time with her faithful companion Samantha “Sammie”.

Teresa is survived by her loving husband, Tim, whom she married September 27, 1986 at St. Emily Church in Mt. Prospect; her daughter, Michelle Baker-Fohlmeister; her grandchildren, Morgan R. and Eric G. Fohlmeister; her sister, Vicki (Tom) Lang; father-in-law, Gene (Sheila) Carroll; brother-in-law, Mike (Tam) Carroll, Michael J. Carroll, and Charlie Carroll; nephew, Harley Carroll; and many loving cousins and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and mother-in-law, Linda Carroll.
