Terese M. “Teri” Cozzi nee Lackner passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018, while surrounded by her loving family at the age of 59.

Beloved Wife of Frank S. for a loving 35 years. Devoted Mother of Matthew and the Late Laura Michelle. Loving Daughter of Emelia nee Dombrowski and the Late William Lackner. Dear Sister of William Lackner, Steven Lackner and Paul Lackner. Dear Sister-In-Law to Dr. Thomas Cozzi, Michael (Kathy) Cozzi and Robert (Gail) Cozzi. Dear Aunt to many.

Family and Friends are to gather for the Visitation and Funeral on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at the Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E Terra Cotta Avenue, Crystal Lake, Illinois 60014, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with Chapel Service celebrated promptly at 11:00 a.m.
Interment to immediately follow at All Saints Cemetery, 700 North River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois 60016.

In Lieu of Flowers All Donations collected will be donated to a Cancer Foundation.
