Thaddeus Edward Ciochon

Thaddeus Edward Ciochon, age 55, of Elgin, IL passed away on Tuesday, November 09, 2021.

Thaddeus was born in Elgin, IL on October 12, 1966. He was a dedicated Scout leader for Troop 347 and coached soccer for 15 years with the Crystal Lake Soccer Federation. Thaddeus enjoyed camping and drag racing. Most of all, Thaddeus cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Thaddeus is survived by his loving sons, Thaddeus J. (Karissa), Corey, Zachary, and Nick Ciochon; treasured grandchildren, Anthony, Aria, and Emilia; cherished mother, Theresa Ciochon (nee Schultz); siblings, JoAnn Mizer, Louise (Anne DeFrier) Ciochon, Jeanine (David) Austin, Catherine Adams, Paul (Karen) Ciochon, Teresa Ciochon, and Veronica Wilson; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his father, Thaddeus A. Ciochon and his brother-in-law, Michael Mizer.

A visitation for Thaddeus will be held on Friday November 12, 2021 from 4pm until 8pm at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave. (Rte. 176), Crystal Lake, IL 60014. A second visitation will be held the following morning at the funeral home from 9am until the time of service at 10am.
