Thomas D. Faust

Born June 10, 1933 to Peter and Mary Rose Faust, nee Klassen. Died July 10, 2017 in Barrington.
He attended Lane Tech, The University of Illinois and the Army Engineer School after which he was assigned to the Joint Headquarters of the Far East Command/United Nations Command in Tokyo, Japan.
Tom was employed as a Vice-President at Wight Consulting Engineering in Barrington from where he retired after 40+ years.
Tom is survived by his wife, Catherine (nee Finegan), whom he met at the Grand Canyon and married in her native Cheshire, England; their daughter, Angela (David) Cowcill; sisters, Mildred (Byrne) and Jean (Finn); and several loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James.
Visitation will be 9 AM until the Funeral Mass at 11 AM on Friday, July 14 at Saint Anne Catholic Community, 120 N. Ela St. (corner of Franklin and Ela Sts.), Barrington. Interment will be private.
