Timothy Mack

Tim was born November 2, 1960 in Chicago to Arthur and Alice (nee Chmura) Maciejewski. He passed away unexpectedly July 12, 2016 at his home in Crystal Lake.
Tim is survived by his wife of 30 years, Nadine (nee Stietzel); children, Ryan (Heather) Mack of Algonquin, Ashley (Lynn Berman) Mack of Chicago, and Bradley Mack of Crystal Lake; sisters, Barbara (Michael) Kledzik, Carole (Roy) Root, Donna (Al) Russ, Alice (Bill) Haase, Sue Maciejewski, and Christine (Ken) Schmidt; and brother, Ronald (Alice) Maciejewski. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Michael and Arthur Jr.
Tim was a self- employed plumber and waste water operator for 25 years. He loved spending time on the water, and enjoyed watching Da Bears and Chicago Cubs, and laughing and joking with his family.
Visitation will be 3-9pm Sunday, July 17 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave (Route 176), Crystal Lake, and from 9:00am until the time of prayers at 9:30am, Monday, July 18 followed by a procession to St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church for a funeral mass at 10am. Burial in All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Des Plaines will follow mass.
