Thomas “Tom” Arthur Dincher, 77, of Lake Barrington, died peacefully July 17, 2014, in Barrington with his devoted wife of 55 years, Judy (nee Rocol) Dincher, by his side.
Together with Judy, Tom lived an example of love and faith for their children, John (Donna) Dincher, Elizabeth Shelly Krummeck, Julie (Bob) Breshock, and Pamela (Tom) Kavanaugh. Tom’s legacy of laughter and joy lives on in his beloved grandchildren, Zachary and Samantha Bjur; Megan, Ryan, Bridget, and Colin Dincher; Laura and Michael Breshock; and Thomas and John Kavanaugh. He is also survived by dear family, sister Barbara (George) Raemore; nephew, Michael Raemore; and niece, Michelle Raemore.
Tom was born on August 14, 1936, to Arthur and Margaret (nee Matthews) Dincher, in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. He was preceded in death by his parents, and son-in-law, Roy Krummeck.
Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m., Sunday, July 20, at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main Street (Lake-Cook Rd.), Barrington, IL 60010.
Visitation will continue from 11 a.m., until the time of Mass at 12:30 p.m., Monday, July 21, at Holy Family Parish, 2515 W. Palatine Rd., Inverness, IL 60067.
Internment will be held privately at St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery, Palatine.
