Trevor Wayne Branscum, 14, of Crystal Lake, was born December 7, 2001 in Chicago to Darren and Paulette (nee Diehl) Branscum. He passed away after a tragic accident on Sunday, May 22, 2016 in Crystal Lake.
Trevor is survived by his parents, Darren and Paulette Branscum; his sisters, Emily and Ashley Branscum; his grandparents, Manfred and Katie Diehl and Darrel Branscum; and extended family and friends too numerous to mention.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Marilyn Branscum.
The visitation for Trevor will be held from 3pm until 9pm, Friday, May 27, 2016 at the Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. A funeral Mass will be held at 11am, Saturday, May 28, 2016 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 451 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. Interment private.
