Vette E. Kell, 100, of Barrington, was born October 17, 1915 in Marengo, IA to Eugene and Florence (nee Hatter) Kell. He passed away on Friday, April 1, 2016 in Barrington.
Vette is survived by his son, Michael (Margaret) Kell; his grandchildren, Michael (Kimberly) Kell, Grace (Jason) Dascoli, and Victoria (Andrew) Lowdon; and six great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Alice (nee Eaton) Kell; and his parents.
Interment was held privately at Oakland Cemetery in Woodstock. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Wounded Warrior Project, 230 W. Monroe St., Ste 200, Chicago, IL 60606 www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
