Barrington, Illinois,The funeral service for Vivian P. Bartt (nee Peek), 59, will be held at 6 p.m., Saturday, October 2, at the Davenport Family Funeral Home, 149 W. Main St. (Lake-Cook Road), Barrington, where there will be visitation from 3 p.m. until the time of service. The Reverend Greg Huguley will officiate. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, October 4, at Woodlawn Cemetery, Urbana. The Reverend Dr. Randy Gauger will officiate. Born November 12, 1950 in Ogden, Utah, she passed away September 29, 2010 in Barrington. Vivian received her Bachelor?s degree from Judson College in Elgin. She worked as the manager of communications and membership for the Steel Tank Institute in Lake Zurich for the past three years. Vivian loved shopping for clothes, reading, football, and spending time with her family. She was a very active member of the First Baptist Church in Elgin. Survivors include her husband, Edward A. Bartt, whom she married March 12, 1998, in Elk Grove Village; daughter, Nicole (Victor Sanchez) Maffia; grandson, Enzo Sanchez; mother, Johnnie V. (nee Summerlin) Peek; nephew, Lee Peek; many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her faithful-friend, Scarlett. She was preceded in death by her father, Lee Peek; and brother, William Peek.
