Wayne Richard Milarski

Wayne Richard Milarski, beloved father, husband, and brother passed on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at the age of 62.

He was born on August 21, 1955, to Geraldine and Herbert Milarski, and was a loving husband to his first wife, Debbie, until she passed from a long battle with breast cancer.

He cultivated a life in Woodstock, with his second wife, Dawn, and all of their pets.

On the weekends, he enjoyed spending time with his family and working on his home. He was an expert at barbecuing and loved to go shooting and fishing, as well as play his drums along to his favorite songs. When the weather was nice, he would spend the day riding his Harley. He was always cheering on the Steelers, his lifelong favorite NFL team.

In 1995, he began working for Tredroc Tire Services, and successfully ran their Antioch and Elk Grove stores. He was dedicated to his work and built many rewarding relationships during his time there.

He is survived by his wife, Dawn; his sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Ron; his children, Derek, Jamie (Brandon), Jenni (Travis), Kelley (Josh), and Erin; three grandchildren, Keegan, Dustyn, and Tiana; and his pets, Bella, Sofie, Ginger, and Clara.

Wayne was an incredibly charismatic and loving person, with a caring heart. He had the ability to light up any room he entered. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.

The family will receive guests from 3-8pm, Sunday, July 22, 2018 at Davenport Family Funeral Home, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake. A funeral service will be held at 11am, Monday, July 23, 2018 at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
