Billy was a passionate man, who deeply loved his family and a committed disciple of Jesus Christ. He was larger than life, determined to live fiercely for his family and friends. Billy's life verse was Psalm 144: 1-2 Praise to the LORD, my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle. He is my loving God and my fortress, my stronghold and my deliverer, my shield, in who I take refuge.
