Melissa Renee Moncada, 37, of LaCrosse, WI, formerly of Crystal Lake, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at her home in LaCrosse. She was born on April 13, 1980 in Elk Grove Village, IL to John and Diane (nee Hubacek) Moncada.
She was a graduate of Prairie Ridge High School in Crystal Lake IL and a member of Willow Creek Church in Crystal Lake, IL.
Melissa is survived by her parents, John and Diane Moncada; her brothers, Charles Ryan, Christopher (Sara) Moncada, and Matthew (Jilian) Moncada; and her nieces and nephews, Emmett, Louisa, Beatrix, Olivia, Lena, Colette, Clara and Camille.
Services for Melissa will be held privately.
